Growing up, one of my grandmothers always kept a designated water glass on the counter. One of those glasses had a delicate and elegant lace pattern my mother had picked out years earlier. I loved that glass, and after she passed, I was lucky enough to keep it. To this day, whenever I see it or take a sip from it, I think of her.

I've carried on that ritual as well—always keeping a special glass on the counter for water. This collection is inspired by that memory of her. The lace-like design is a reinterpretation of my grandmother’s original glass, created from my own hand-drawn patterns. The second design, the Digi Lines glass, is a clean, grid-like geometric variation that is a geometric evolution of that same idea. Together, these glasses are about tradition, daily ritual, and the quiet beauty of connection.

All products are custom-made to order, ensuring each item is uniquely crafted for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we adhere to the following return and refund policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 20 days of product delivery.

Process: To initiate a claim, email us at info@integratedvisions.com with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Given that each product is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 20 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, will issue a replacement or refund.

Marked as Delivered: If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us. We will work with you to resolve the issue; however, please note that we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement in such cases.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

- We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package.

- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

We will hold the returned item for 28 days. If we do not receive an updated address and payment for reshipping within this period, the item will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Processing times may vary depending on the specific product and order volume. For a few special items, the production process is more involved and can be up to 28 days.   • After fulfillment, U.S. domestic orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days (Standard Shipping).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package until it reaches your address.
