General Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Return Process: Please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com to request approval before shipping any items back.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Restocking Fees: None.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a damaged or defective item.
  • Process: Please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the damage.
  • Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will work with our production partner to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Return Shipping: If a return of the damaged item is required, instructions will be provided during the approval process.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
