We are committed to getting your custom-made products to you as efficiently as possible.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Because our products are custom-made, your total delivery time is the sum of production and shipping time.
- Handling Time (Production): 2–14 business days
- Transit Time (Shipping): 2–14 business days once your order has left our facility
- Total Estimate: For the most accurate delivery window, refer to the estimated timeframe displayed on each product page.
Tracking and Delivery
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us. Please note we are limited in our ability to offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
- Customer Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will notify you upon receipt. You will be responsible for reshipping costs. We hold returned items for 28 days — if we do not receive an updated address and reshipping payment within this window, the item will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
