  • Rinse (if needed) with a damp cloth rather than soaking the shoes.
  • Pat dry with a clean towel.
  • Always air dry at room temperature out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources (radiators or heaters etc.).

All products are custom-made once ordered, ensuring each piece is uniquely crafted.

Most items are fulfilled within 2–8 business days before shipment, though a few special items like knitted products may take up to 14 business days to produce.

Once fulfilled, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, seasonal demand, or unforeseen delays. For the most accurate timeframe, check the Estimated Delivery shown on each product page which combines fulfillment and delivery times. Feel free to reach out about individual products to confirm current delivery estimates.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, allowing you to monitor your package until it reaches your address.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 20 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, will issue a replacement or refund.

Marked as Delivered: If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us. We will work with you to resolve the issue; however, please note that we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement in such cases.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address:

  • We will notify you upon receipt of the returned package.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
  • We will hold the returned item for 28 days. If we do not receive an updated address and payment for reshipping within this period, the item will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

Currently, all of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring each item is uniquely crafted for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we adhere to the following return and refund policy:

Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 20 days of product delivery.

Process: To initiate a claim, email us at info@integratedvisions.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For a free replacement, please allow the standard production and delivery time for the specific product.

Returns and Exchanges

Given that each product is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.
