These Black x White Lace Pattern vegan leather Boots feature a bold but delicate lace-inspired design by Michelle Penland Dodson. In the original artwork in which the print is based, the fine lines were hand-drawn, spreading across the boots in a way that’s detailed and precise. Strong black and white contrast gives the pattern presence, while the lace pattern itself keeps it soft. 

Built with a smooth faux leather upper and a durable rubber sole, these boots are meant to be worn, not just admired. The lace pattern adds a quiet elegance to a grounded, everyday shape, turning a familiar motif into something personal and modern. They sit comfortably between statement and staple, art you move through the world in.

Additional Notes

  • There may be a slight paint odor upon arrival, but it will fade quickly once the item is removed from the box and allowed to air out.
  • These run slightly large. We recommend sizing down about half a size. For example, if you usually wear a 9.5–10, go with the 9.5.

  • Always hand clean — don’t machine wash or tumble dry. Remove loose dirt first with a soft
  • dry brush or cloth. Mix a mild soap (e.g. gentle dish soap or sneaker-safe cleaner) with lukewarm water. Use a soft cloth or soft brush to gently clean the surface. For printed areas
  • use extra care — don’t scrub aggressively. Rinse (if needed) with a damp cloth rather than soaking the shoes. Pat dry with a clean towel. Always air dry at room temperature

Because our products are custom-made, your total delivery time is the sum of production and shipping time.

  • Transit Time (Shipping): 2–14 business days once your order has left our facility
  • Total Estimate: For the most accurate delivery window, refer to the estimated timeframe displayed on each product page.

Tracking and Delivery

  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please contact us. Please note we are limited in our ability to offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Customer Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will notify you upon receipt. You will be responsible for reshipping costs. We hold returned items for 28 days — if we do not receive an updated address and reshipping payment within this window, the item will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

General Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Return Process: Please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com to request approval before shipping any items back.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Restocking Fees: None.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a damaged or defective item.
  • Process: Please contact us at info@integratedvisions.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos clearly showing the damage.
  • Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will work with our production partner to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Return Shipping: If a return of the damaged item is required, instructions will be provided during the approval process.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
